About Us

Ali Systems was formed by Simon Demark in December 1994 following Simon’s redundancy from a Glostal fabricator.

Simon set up the company and manufactured architectural doors and windows in aluminium; this was seen as a niche market, where the need for a hardwearing low maintenance product is required. Simon teamed up with Glostal (Sapa Building Systems) as the demand for this bespoke product in schools, hospitals and offices as well as other locations exceeded all expectations and the workforce started to grow. It was soon apparent that the quality and durability of the Glostal (Sapa system) was what the UK needed.

Ali Systems incorporated in May of 1996 with Simon taking the roll of Managing Director.

In 2000 the company found that its base in Hethel was too small and relocated to its present base in Barford near Norwich Norfolk. Ali Systems has continued to expand now being preferred contractors on many local authorities main contractors suppliers list as well as being members of Constructionline. The work force has been gradually and systematically increased and now numbers 20 employees in manufacturing, 3 teams of fitters, installers and 6 administration, estimators and surveyor.

Our team members always make themselves available to speak to new and existing customers to discuss individual requirements for their projects, to advise and guide where necessary. We are also constantly reviewing and planning for the future of the business to ensure that we stay ahead of the market and are aware of improvements and developments in the systems and materials available.

Simon Denmark and his wife Cheryl the new Company Secretary are moving the business forward and continuing to expand. We are now looking to improve the quality control systems and look for ISO approval in the near future.
